Times: Mondays 6 Weeks 7pm-9pm. 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21

The experiment returns for the fall for another 6 week intensive. Peace Power & Play will dive in to developing calm, relaxed, powerful flow states while moving in playful connection with others and the environment. Combining the healing and artistic benefits from yoga, meditation, massage, martial arts and dance beyond the limitations of pedagogy.

All levels are welcome. Some movement experience and comfort with physical contact (dance, massage, play) is suggested.
