This lab will focus on the mind-body and self-inquiry principles that transcends all movement disciplines. Inspired by dance, martial arts, yoga, parkour, & bodywork we will experiment with concepts that will allow you to create healthy, effortless, fluid motion to excel in any environment!
This session will focus on developing effortless, fluid movement while maintaining continuous connection with both people and the environment during transitions between the ground and standing.
Prerequisites: An ability to get up and down from the ground repeatedly. Comfort with physical contact. All levels welcome.
